Jeff is a long-time agent and principal of an independent insurance agency. In 2016 Jeff started Insurance Agency Connection as a wholesale provider of Private Market Flood Insurance.  After Superstorm Sandy came through in 2012, Jeff was in charge of helping over 4,000 customers with their flood insurance claims.  After almost two years of working on Sandy flood claims and seeing first-hand the shortfalls of many flood insurance policies, Jeff decided it was time to create a new Private Flood Product.  He created his own Private Flood Program and partnered with Lloyd’s of London to create what is now Sandbar Flood.  Having had a great deal of success in his home state of New Jersey, Jeff is now expanding Sandbar Flood to additional states, starting on the East Coast, and going beyond from there.

Outside of the office, Jeff is the proud father of 4 boys with his wife Lori.  He has been very involved in the community throughout the years, particularly in coaching soccer and volunteering as an officer with Stafford Soccer Club.  Jeff is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Big I NJ and serves on the national Flood Insurance Task Force as well.  When he’s not busy working or attending various sports events for his sons, Jeff enjoys golfing, traveling, and sampling the wares of local breweries.  He will also take any chance he can get to visit the University of Alabama on football game day, where two of his sons attend school.  Roll Tide!

Lori is a member of our Communications and Marketing team.  After graduating from Monmouth University, she returned to the area working in a public relations role for the local elementary school district before joining the IAC family.  She now enjoys serving as a representative at community events, with organizations, on social media and more.  As a long-time local and graduate of Southern Regional, she now enjoys raising her 4 sons here with her husband, Jeff.  Lori and Jeff hope to teach their kids the importance of community and giving back by participating as a family in organizations like Stafford NJ Pride and David’s Dream & Believe.  When not busy working, or attending one of her son’s events, she enjoys traveling, watching the Raiders, cheering for the Tide and reading.

Joe has been a Property and Casualty Insurance professional since 2004 when he started as a call center sales agent. He is currently the Underwriting Manager for Insurance Agency Connections’ portfolio of private market flood products, and he is currently the Chairman-Elect of the Big I NJ’s Young Agents Council (YAC’S).  Prior to his insurance career, he was a veteran in the US Army.  He is passionate about spreading his knowledge and expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance and specifically in flood insurance. Joe was born in Ohio and is a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, house and lawn maintenance on the weekends, movies, and TV series.  His personal motto is “Learn something about everything, and everything about something.”
